Breakfast is horrible. If you are calling hour business a resort then there needs to be a microwave and refrigerator in your room. DO should play better songs and the games shouldn't last forever. Cabanas should have more than 2 chairs in them and the cushions should be cleaned regularly.
Worse hotel I've stayed at!!They told us check in was at 3:00 pm. We get there at 3:15 and tell us our room wasn't ready yet, that we had to wait 45 minutes and if we wanted to we could wait in the lobby or the bar. We head to the bar and the bar was for guest only. Of course we couldn't get in because we needed a key. And guess what? We didn't have a key because our room wasn't ready yet so they couldn't give us a key. Very nice place, enjoying every minute here with the wife. Can't complain.
Nice resort with a good staff. Everyone was very nice! They had activities going on Friday night. Very kid friendly. I would definitely stay there again!
Hallways and rooms were musty; the A/C was extremely noisy. Customer Service was great during the day: but not so great at night. Most areas were very clean. The restaurant messed up my food at both my dinner and next days lunch. Both beds in my room we're very uncomfortable. The water from the shower head was so soft it felt like a drizzle.
Another fantastic stay. The staff is tops in every venue Highly recommend
Amazing experience!!! It is pricey but well worth it. The bed felt great to sleep on and I loved the 🏊🏽pool 🏊🏽 view from my balcony.
