Its stupid how you pay all kinds of money to stay at this place, just to get a view of a parking lot and having to deal with the noisy traffic!! Then I had to deal with a house keeping lady who was extremely rude to me after I asked her nicely if she could come back to clean my room another time since I wasn't ready. All I got in frustration was "Omg." Like seriously?? My stuff was misplaced in my room from these maids touching my personal property when they should know they don't have a right touching anybody's stuff!!!! Ne... read more
The Sheraton LBV is bar far the BEST Sheraton in Orlando! The entire staff and General Manager are absolutely Amazing!! Everyone is very friendly and makes sure that you have The Best experience and vacation while staying at their resort!! A++++ Has an SPG Platinum member I give this Sheraton 5 Stars!!
Not what I think of when I see the name Sheraton but it was an okay stay. My sheets were dirty. Housekeeping definitely could've been better. The food was okay. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
It is not good hotel to stay since room air condition was leaking water throughout the entire night and we complained 4 times to hotel then they finally changed room Be aware of hidden charges for parking and resort fees
