Excelente Resort con muy buena hubicacion en la entrada a DOWNTOWN DISNEY!!!!
Upon arrival. We had a issue. Which was promptly taken care of by Natalie who has exceptional customer service. This resort was ideal for the children. And relaxing for adults.
This place is awesome, friendly n we feel very safe here with all the security. Thank you for supporting us.

So far I been having good times there my daughter love the hotel, I'm the kind of person that doesn't use the services at the hotel , like room services and all that kind of stuffs ,but the rooms were clean ,no complains about check out or check in , and this last time we supposed stay one more night, for some reason we couldn't and I check out at 6:00 pm. And didn't charge us for the day ,which a think was nice. The location for us is also great the parks are near ,plus we always take our dog with us .
Great Hotel!! Great service! The pool for the kids was awesome! Will definitely stay again! Our server Raphael was above and beyond with his service at Zest! And Andre at the pool entertainment was beyond amazing! Thanks you! We had a great stay!!!
Auch bei unserem 2. Besuch gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, der uns trotz frühzeitigem Check-Inn (11.30 Uhr) sofort ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellte. Großzügige Zimmer, sauber und ein Hotelbett zum mitnehmen. Selten so gut in einem Hotel geschlafen. Wir hatten zwei Betten und jedes Bett hatte vier Kissen. (Ja, das macht schon mindestens einen Stern aus). Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine mit Starbuckskaffe und eine sehr schöne Poolanlage.
"From down there" hair in the bed! This is NOT what you want to find at 2:am. An aggravated guest service member (yes, I heard the snap in your tone). Blood on the shower curtain. Dirty shower! Really? #ilikecleanthings #gingersnap #juliojustleft
Our room was perfect although I was nervous because the reviews I have read. But everything including the food/service by the pool side was great.
