Second time staying here. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. We stayed mainly for the pool area which is perfect for adults and children. We loved it the first time we stayed. We stayed in a family room this time which is accessed from the outside. This area is not well kept. I felt like I was at a cheap motel. The room itself was ok. The bathroom was super small and a few of the outlets for charging didn't work. Used the gym and it was good as far as hotel gyms go. Nice, newer equipment

Long time to check in...rooms not available!? Betty at guest check in was not helpful AT ALL! Nice pool,but kids jumping into the hot tub while adults are trying to relax.... 27 Palms pool bar was very good,nice staff there . Nice rooms but too many hidden costs makes your deal a Bad Deal..
