We love staying here. The pools are amazing, the staff is fantastic and centerally located to so many places and Disney.

I booked through Hotwire, so you never know what you’re going to get. I was pleasantly surprised. Not much on the outside but the inside of the lobby was gorgeous. You can tell it’s an older hotel , but the renovations are amazing. The snack/ market wasn’t really all that.. only has some chips snacks and cold drinks. Room service is kinda slow. I must say, all of the staff that I encountered during my stay were all very kind, personable, attentive and professional. Especially the valets. One even left me a fresh bottle of water in my vehicle to take with me. They all ask if you would like as bottle and also strike up conversation with you to know you a little. The room was clean and the linens nice as was the facility. Thank you for as nice stay even though for one night.
