We had a very nice stay. Celebrating our 4yr wedding Anniversary the staff was nice enough to send us a gift basket. I will definitely stay with them again.
Reserved 2 rooms king size beds got there got 2 beds with shredded carpets insects on night stand pubic hairs on tub edge and toilet fluids on bathroom floor and they wanted to send housekeeping to the room upon check in at 10 pm. Unacceptable and we are spg MEMBERS
The hotel is nice, we booked through Priceline express deals so we didn’t get to physically pick our hotel. Well thank god we are only here for tonight. At 1215 the fire alarm is going off in our building and we need to evacuate the building. With a 2 year old and being on the 6th floor isn’t fun. No one said anything about what happened and that we could return to our room. This is what I get for booking off Disney property! But the room is clean. And beds are comfy in my opinion
