I normally love this place. However, the last 3 times I have stayed here, I have had extremely long times to wait while my room was either being cleaned or inspected. I'm currently waiting again for an hour and a half -- and still waiting. They need a bigger cleaning staff or something. Signed one unhappy long-term Starwood Preferred cardholder.�
Although it may need a little TLC around the pool area.. it’s very clean the staff is Great!! Ex specially TERRIANN!! She is such a breath of sunshine.. always greets you with a smile and willing to help in anyway.. others may take some lessons from her.. Looking forward to coming back in a couple of weeks..
This truly has been our best vacation ever. We have been made to feel like royalty here with the extremely high level of customer service. Lawrence at check in was extremely helpful, Chris at the pool made trivia fun and everyone who waited on us in the Zest restaurant fir breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful resort all around. We will definitely be back!

My wife Desiree and myself recently were married in this hotel. Donna, Grace, and the whole team did an amazing job! I couldn't have asked for a better team for the big day. The whole front desk staff was also excellent in making sure my guests rooms were perfect. This hotel has always been a favorite of ours and now it holds even more amazing memories. Thank you for hiring amazing people who provided us the highest level of customer service. I can't wait to book our next stay!
Great price great pool great location. We wish the rooms blocked out the noise of the pool area considering all surround the pool.
