Everytime we go to Orlando, I book here if not Disney resort. Every resort has parking fees now a days and the rooms are always clean and fresh. Main reason is the the pool atmosphere.. cabanas are reasonable price includes non alcoholic drinks for the family. Tvs inside with fans. Guest is always pleasant and they have a good breakfast buffet each morning.
I booked this room last minute on Expedia for the price. This turned out to be an amazing stay. The location and staff were amazing. I want to give a shout to Chris who works the pool area and the games. You kept things fun and were hilarious. Would have loved to get to know you more! I would reccomend this Sheraton!
We had our daughter's wedding there last weekend and it was wonderful! Donna Cooke event coordinator went above and beyond in planning and execution! Staff in all service areas are so friendly and always aim to meet our needs. My only hotel complaint is the heaviness of the restroom door in main lobby. I am scooter dependent and cannot manage it alone, never had this problem before. That means I need someone, even a stranger, to help me in and out. It was a great location and had great clean rooms.
Made me believe that customer service has not died! From the moment we arrived, great valet staff! So courteous and glad to see us. Front desk personnel get a 10! Patient, courteous, friendly, funny. And when we checked out the same. I thought I I would hire this valet staff to run my hotel if I had one! Thank you all!
