I really loved the hotel ! Great pool , fire pit . Justin at the front desk was incredible .. my only problem was my husband broke his toe on a spigot from a sprinkler and the bartender was indifferent when we mentioned it . Other than the service at the pool bar it was 5 stars .. she ruined that
The only good feature is the heated pool! Hidden fees. Bathroom arrangement is crazy! Building is showing its age!
Airy hotel staff graciously served entertain visitors shuttle fun -standard thoughtful... a five star hotel.... i enjoyed and was introduced to a friends of serving hotel... i would stay in thí hotel if i have the opportunity to play in Florida again..... i love Sheraton hotel.
This is our home away from home! We've been staying here for 10 years, and have never been disappointed! The Manager Chris and Acivities Director Andre go above and beyond, they make customer service an art form. Thank you all again for making our visit amazing! We will see you all soon⭐️

Best resort I've been to! And absolutly great staff. N def family friendly!!
Had a nice stay! Would go there again for sure, not happy about the "continental breakfast"
