Staying this hotel is very convenient to everything...close to the Disney world and SeaWorld.

The place was awesome!! The employees were great!! BUT... I got charged when I checked out, and then 2 days later a hold was placed on my account for the same amount... CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT RELEASE THE HOLD EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY RECEIVED THEIR PAYMENT... BE CAUTIOUS WITH DEBIT CARDS AND THIS RESORT!!!!!!!!!!
WARNING-I would recommend staying elsewhere! The hot tub was broken, the elevators were incredibly slow, the light in the bathroom flickered like a strobe light most of the time. Orlando offers a myriad of great places to stay. Unfortunately, this resort is not up to par and should be avoided.
My husband and I stayed here one night on a quick trip. Terrianne at the front desk was AWESOME! We had a great room and the pool bar food and drinks were delicious! We really liked it and HIGHLY recommend it for a family! The kiddie pool is fantastic!
