They charge for internet and pool, which I found ridiculous.
We come to orlando for recertification of my bed bug dog charlie every year. Never had a problem with this hotel ever. The pool is plenty for my kids. The buffet could use fresher foods but all and all great stay, comfort and price. Resort fees and parking are extra but who cares if your that cheap find a motel this is a hotel with quality not quantity.
Un lugar muy cercano a Universal Studios (en auto) muy buena la atención y muy ricos desayunos. Las piscinas son hermosas y todo está bastante limpio. Lo único no tan bueno es el personal del lobby y primer piso. Mejorar atención al cliente. Aparte de eso, totalmente recomendable.
Great place to stay. The room was very clean and lots of space. Very nice pool area and lots of places to eat around. I would stay here again.❤️
The staff made our granddaughter's birthday celebration so very special with balloons, card, and cake. Thanks you so very much.
This resort and they parking fees is a fraud, no go there with car, please.
All I can say is BED BUGS! My daughters have bites all over them! One had a severe reaction, and yes it was confirmed by a third party company that there were was "activity" present. We reserved our stay for 6 days. We left after the third (want to Sheraton Vistiana) awesome hotel by the way. They only comped us for 2 days! Horrible service! They must enjoy lawsuits! Worst first Disney experience ever!
