We had a wonderful stay!! The rooms were nice, the air worked great, and the staff was amazing!! Special shout out to Thiery in the restaurant who went above and beyond for us. Aundre at the pool was fun, emgaging, and great at getting the crowd involved. I thought the text at check in was a nice touch as well as being able to check out by texting. Not a fan of needing your key to exit the parking lot, but appreciated the security.
wouldn't recommend it; awful customer service managers don't help you solve problems their staff created Julio and Cassandra have attitudes and are awful with people; really need to work on not lying to customers just to get money out of it

Not that impressed. Room have not been update since the 80's. Hard to believe a gold member can't get a king bed room. Disappointing. Bathroom ceiling has tons of water damage and mould growing. Nasty.
Not a totally unpleasant stay, but it certainly could have been better. The AC system was difficult to figure out, and when it finally turned on was extremely loud. Most hotels of this calibre, especially in Florida have modern central air, not noisy wall units. Traffic noise was an issue all night, the rooms really need some soundproofing. Finally, some might find the beds to be very hard and difficult to sleep on.
There is no shuttle to Downtown Disney. We have a dresser draw that is broken and the fridge does not work. Disappointed with our stay.
What can I say pure class pure enjoyment for the kids
Disappointments: 1. Room was not ready after we booked it months in advanced 2. $15/day parking fees 3. Room was not cleaned daily by staff as requested 4. No microwave in room 5. Check in staff was not apologetic that rooms were not ready. Pros: 1. Shuttle bus to Disney 2. Good A/c units 3. Ok location for shopping/restaurants
Pool area and staff were fantastic. Room was very nice and clean. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants... only complaint is the parking fee and lack of airport shuttle.
