We stayed last year and had the best Orlando vacation we have ever had (every year for the last 15 years), so much so we have booked again for our holiday in 10 days time. Enid in customer services has provided us, each time, with excellent support. This hotel is in a excellent location, providing top notch service with a good high standard of accommodation - can't be beat
This used to be a great place to stay but the last few stays service has been slipping. They seem to ignore your requests that you provide prior to check in and even when you call in after arrival They still. CAnt get them right. We e informed management too and still things go unresolved. It's disappointing for this used to be a 5 star rated hotel For us. It's time for us to start staying at another hotel. Very nice atmosphere. Breakfast buffet was good; a large selection to choose from. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice location, close to stores, restaurants, and attractions. I would stay there again if am in the area.

Well I have to say that for the price it was a great place... Did not like paying resort fees and parking fees that I'd just ridiculous. If not for that would have given 5 stars...
If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked ahead of time and were given a total for our stay. When checking in, the receptionist, Fanny took our credit card and not only overcharged is by $200 but assumed we wanted to pay for the entire week in advance. We were then told that they couldn't refund the transaction or give us the rate we booked at. We have talked to Starwood corporate and multiple others at the hotel. We have been dealing with them for 4 hours with no resolution and we haven't even seen the room yet. Worst ... read more

This is not a guest friendly "resort" by any means. Didn't have hot water twice. No washcloths in room. Sheets weren't changed for 4 days. Even the tv isn't user friendly forcing you to opt for free broadcasts every time to turn it on. Electronic card reader gates around the property sidewalks, around the pool area made it cumbersome. Had to assist an older woman who was trying to maneuver luggage through one of these gates. Also the absolute most guest unfriendly was the scarcity of elevators!
