Was there for the Cubs Convention, called last month for the package and was told they were sold out, but Thursday my friends got a package deal Room? Poor communication with the front desk and management. Plus had to tell the desk many times that the bathrooms were out of paper. But, it was a fun weekend. The Loews was much much bettter.
Beautiful hotel - great for access to city - staff were lovely - having Gold Status, courtesy of Ally, made stay even better.
Great price and great location. We had a nice stay. The bed was comfortable (I appreciated the super soft pillow) and the room was clean. We were only in the hotel to offload, sleep, and then get ready in the morning, so we don't have any experience with the rest of the facilities.
Terrific hotel with an outstanding staff. I asked for a room with a view and got myself a room with a breathtaking view of the city and the lake! The hotel is located very conveniently close to the magnificent mile and plenty of restaurants. If you do go here, I would recommend going down to the Starbucks on the ground level to enjoy a cup of coffee with the lovely view of all the passing boats. Overall, fantastic room with a great team of staff. I will return to the Sheraton when I’m back in Chicago!

I like loved staying at the Grand Sheraton Chicago. The location was great. The accommodations were nice and the staff most friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.
