Enjoyed my stay @ the hotel. Everything was so positive and the staff was hospitable. Will return once I come to Chicago again.
I cant thank the early morning staff enough!! They let us check in early. Got my king size gorgeous bed. It was like sleeping on clouds!! The service impeccable. Hotel is nice and clean. Parking is overpriced in Chicago! All properties should revisit that! Will always be back :)
Unfortunately we had to ask 2 times to have our room cleaned yesterday and we left the room by 10:30 am. Yes they were busy because of two conferences but at 5pm we shouldn't have had to ask again. Other than that, loved the bed and pillows. Amazingly comfortable.
Generally a good experience.Foodservice could have used a mid range outlet. You could only chooe between a limited menu, overpriced coffee shop which was not open for dinne,. or Don Shula's Steakhouse, which was excellent. Why not open the lobby bar earlier, serve lunch there; missing a lot of business. Rooms were smaller than I would have expected, but nice.Meeting and banquet service was good. Staff was outstanding, friendly,, helpful.
nice place..horrible banquet style lunch....potato salad had hard potatoes and Pasta salad had uncooked pasta and zero flavor. Chick Pee soup was plain awful.
Best Sheraton in the chain. Usually a dilapidated brand of hotels. Only problems - pool is a little small for lap swimming. And thermometers in room seem to turn off at night and I woke up hot.

The Sheraton Grand is my Chicago home. I always stay at the Sheraton Grand when I travel to Chicago. The staff exceeds my expectations and the rooms are clean, and offer many amenities. I give the Sheraton Grand my highest review.
The Sheraton Grand Chicago was a grand experience. It was the perfect place for our Offsite and the Kaily in Event Management and Emily in sales were super to work with in helping us get the right room for our event. The staff at the hotel were super nice and very helpful. The food in the restaurants was excellent too.
