The hotel locación it's well. But the staff is horrible, they are rude and unkind, but I must said as well, that the italian woman on concierge was the only nice and helpful. If you want to have some dinner after 11pm, you must go somewhere else because there's nothing to get in there: no Starbucks, bar or room service. I will never stay in this place again.

Nothing spectacular! I did the pre pay option for my room, but I wish I knew about the extra $100 hold they put on your card before I arrived. The room was small, but it had a beautiful view. The lobby is gorgeous. The location is near navy pier.

Rooms are older, front desk people were stuffy, not welcoming. Get rid of the silly overpriced mini bar in the room and put a fridge, stop charging gold members for wifi- what's the point of staying there if u can even get that perk.

Bait and switch..... I booked a king bed two weeks in advance and they said they where available. I got there and they could only give us a double bed and no king. I only get out with my wife a couple times a year without kids and you really started our day out bad. I felt they where very unapologetic and this happens all the time.
