Very warm environment in the heart of Chicago. Warm staff too. Nice place for holiday considering its close proximity to Navy Peir
Very nice hotel! We stayed here for one night for a concert and Paul hooked us up with an amazing room with an awesome view of the city and navy pier, everyone was super friendly! We will be back for sure!
Beautiful and spacious room. Excellent location near Navy Pier, Magnificent Mile. There is a Whole Foods, Target, Walgreens all close by. I enjoyed my stay.
It was beautiful there. Gorgeous views from 28th floor facing river.
Located in heart of Downtown and that's a huge plus!! Service is good , quite a small lounge for breakfast and snacks. The view from my room is amazing tho , overall it is good but overpriced .

Just stayed at this location. Perfect location in downtown but horrible staff and customer service (if any). The very first step in hotel( check-in/reception ) is where everything goes south. Not enough people and it's horrible in night. The key cards keeps stop working randomly and then you have to stand in an hour long queue at reception in night just to get it replaced. And this can happen for multiple number of times in 3-4 days halt. On top of that staff is rude and in un-helpful to say the least. Just the location in p... read more

Here for Lions Club International Centennial Convention. Location is great near to the Magnificent Mile shopping avenue and best of all... they gave me a corner room with a fantastic view of the Chicago Riverr and Lake Michigan.
Superb location!we can reach easily many sites & shops!
