My stay at this hotel was going great until one of the staff felt it was ok to steal from me. Will not be back.
Staff was awesome upom check in gave me a view that was amazing no complaints

It was nice, but ran into some rude people working there.
I was there, my daughter had a concert, but people were so darn rude, I am not sure if they were staff member's, or just from what ever event was taking at that time, but they were very rude.
The heater fan is making noise and I called down to the desk to ask them to fix it but they said every room is like that . If that is the case no one will be able to sleep !
Loved the Grand Sheraton. The service was #1 The location was #1 . We loved it
The Sheraton Grand Chicago is a beautiful Hotel . The staff did a fantastic job with making sure that our event was wonderful.
Everything has been amazing EXCEPT...the valet told me my vehicle would be "2 floors down" which was important to me as i knew i would have things to take to and bring from it. I tried to go to it and found out it was "off site" and it would be 10 minutes or so for them to get it to me. I know this may seem small to some...but to ME it is HUGE.
