We have stayed at several Chicago hotels. This was our first stay at the Sheraton Grand. We loved it: the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from No Michigan Ave which has many wonderful stores. Our room was a double and was very comfortable. I wanted a hotel with plenty of lobby seating and in-house restaurants: this hotel has both. We would definitely come back!
Excellent location, warm and accommodating staff, nice rooms and very large club room (love those). Definitely will put on my list to come back to in Downtown Chicago!
Love this hotel and the service I receive every time I stay here. They have a great gym, excellent lobby bar area and great views from many rooms and the lounge area. Only thing I would change is full size bottles of water in the rooms.

Stayed here for my birthday while a friend visited from Cali. Upgraded to a junior suite with club access. My dog was welcome without a fee. All of the staff we encountered were amazing and helpful. I will recommend Sheraton to anyone visiting!!!
After a small glitch that was handled by Eric the front desk manager with grace and professionalism, we enjoyed a lovely room with a great view of lake and river. Service in general was impeccableimpeccable!
I stayed here this past week for a work conference that the Sheraton was hosting, very friendly staff and very nice room, awesome credits for using their green program if you don't get room service. Good food. Very pretty and large hotel. My only complaint would be that it is pretty pricey, but I guess it is Chicago!
I was at the Cubs convention Saturday. The only thing that was brutal was the fact that there were multiple lines everywhere to get in and nobody knew what line was for what. This was just outside the lobby before the convention started. Poorly planned. There should have been people there to help form the lines along with some barricades. It was a zoo. Other than that, what a great experience
For my 1st visit to Chicago in July of 2016, I was lucky to stay at the Sheraton in downtown. Very pleased!
