We just got back from staying a night here for my son's 11th birthday and the Chicago Auto show! I am generous with the "FAIR" rating. Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because it was very clean and the location was good. Thats about all the positives for our family. We first found the room/hotel on priceline. It was cool I mean the pizza guy wanted a tip which was weird but my hotel room had a tight view I could see all the people working on a Saturday night which sucks for them. I will come back again to get away from the wife. 10/10

Nice room great view of the water on the 11th floor but everything cost a fridge a microwave parking and that mini bar in the room is a waste but overall its a nice hotel with great surroundings and will say they have a friendly staff.
First time staying in Chicago. Awesome place to stay!!
Great place the only thing that was an issue for us, because we were there for 4 days was there's no small refrigerator or microwave in the rooms ...you Really need to accommodate guest with them.. but other than that.. the room staff and everything else was wonderful.. .
Everyone is so helpful, which makes my job of pleasing people a lot easier! Especially PSAV!
