We stayed for a week at the Sheraton Grand Chicago. We booked the package with breakfast. We utilized it daily and the food was fantastic as well as the selection. Upon checking in our room was not ready so Bailey who worked at the desk offered us an upgrade. It was fantastic! She was able to give us a corner room which had a fantastic view of the city. First of all, we are in a very expensive hotel and not in any motel, so you expect good service. Very poor experience. No wifi in the room No fridge in the room We won't come back

Horrible hotel. Fan in bathroom didn't work.Called it in..nothing done for the whole 5 days we were there. Asked to be moved /upgraded. Were told theybwould find something and call back. Never did. Housekeeping was horrific. Never removed trash. Only made bed 2 days . Had several bogus charges from mini bar that we never ever used. Zero chance we ever stay at this property again. Do not reccomend this place on any level.
Justin and Jonathan were so professional and kind to me. I felt honored to be an SPG member. I arrive late evening from Montreal and discovered I had no reservations. Not only did they get me my room they made me feel like I mattered.
