Beautiful location and stunning views. We loved our stay and we loved the city, my 3yr old was planning on not coming home and living with the room cleaner lol. All the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back.
Need more wheelchair accessible accommodations. Great time though
The stay was fine but I left 2 shirts in the closet. I tried calling immediately and I got no help until 3 days later. Once someone FINALLY helped me the shirts were nowhere to be found. They offered to take off our internet charges (which, what hotel in 2015 charges 15 bucks a day for internet??) but that hardly made up for the fact these shirts went missing. I'm here for a technology conference but the hotel wifi is slow and doesn't have enough bandwidth to support the conference attendees. Definitely a facilities fail if you're planning a conference here. That's the entire basis of the 3 day long conference.
This hotel is a joke! Beautiful but what a waste. From the big office to customer service, to housekeeping.....no one knows how to do their job. What an inconvenience and a very unpleasant stay. They definitely need all new staff to run this place! Do not stay at the Sheraton! You have better options in the downtown area. They are not worth it!
The chicago Sheraton was so helpful! I made a mistake with my room reservation and within two days (including over the weekend) my problem was fixed! So much stress lifted off my shoulders! I look forward to my stay. Great customer service so far.
