I say it's okay as I arrived for check-in at 3 or a little after. Stood in line, went through the process just to hear "I'm sorry Mr. Wilson we have no rooms clean at the moment. We can text you when one is available!" That's like going to a chicken joint and they say their out of chicken! SMH!
I loved our stay. I would highly recommend staying on the club floor to get the ultimate experience.

This place is AWESOME!! The staff is great and we get treated like royalty.
Nice hotel, school board conference was nice. 2 star rating because valet was HORRIBLE!! 30 minute line to turn valet ticket in, another hour & 8 minutes to get the car!! Come on management, you knew this was a big weekend. Why didn't you have more valet staff on hand? Or at least pull employees from other areas. Only 1 person taking the tickets & 5 pulling cars!!
We have always liked staying at the Sheraton. We just stayed for spring break last April, but this is the second time we have stayed during the holiday season and the valet parking is always a nightmare. This time we were there for the school board conference and management had to of known what a big weekend it was especially with the Christmas parade. The wait was over 30 mins just to turn in your valet ticket and then an hour wait to get car...the basement was a chaotic mess and management should have been down there direc... read more
We love the Sheraton. .. the service is exceptional. The staff are wonderful and the views are great. Within walking distance of great shopping.
It was very expensive but the rooms were nice. Nothing too special. Loved my view from my room.
