My stay was great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food is the coffee shop down stars was a bit drab and over priced though.

5 star hotel. The staff was very kind, helpful and welcoming. We had a room facing the water with a great view!! Also the room service was very delicious. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Chicago! The Sheraton grand is also in a great location close to the Navy Pier!

No room cleaning today, so no towel replacement, no coffee replacement. Service was outside our door as we left and they were talking but came back 2 hours later - nope. Left again came back at 5:00 pm - nope.
Long lines for the front desk. The requested refrigerator never showed up. Had to toss the gelato. Give a sh** attitude from the staff. They made trying to celebrate my girlfriends birthday much more difficult. At $300 a night I was hoping for for something something better. Won't be back.
Our stay at this Sheraton in Chicago was perfect. Loads of room in the lobby to visit and the babies to move around.The Matre'd over breakfast was a true professional and so easily accommodated our large family for our final family reunion. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the pool. Way to clorated for the babies to swim in
Wanted to say "Thank You!" to Dwayne from bell service for the great service.
I just checked in to the hotel. There is trash on the floor of my room. The bath tub has a ring around it and several hairs. I'm still waiting for someone to "come right up" and bring keys to a new and hopefully clean room. I hate that I have to stay here three nights. The outside and lobby are nice but the rooms are aging. Chipped paint and of course not very clean. I wouldn't stay here again!
Great location, great service, great rooms, great view! Very accommodating and in walking distance to Michigan avenue and other great touristy spots! Will definitely be booking with them again next time I am in Chicago in the near future!
