I really enjoy this hotel and the Sheraton team. Everyone is so helpful and you must meet Connie on the Club Lounge. The hotel is close to everything and extremely walkable.

Outdoor patio on the river is great
Stayed for one night and a housekeeping employee banged on the door telling us checkout was at 9am when our confirmation clearly states noon. How does she not know this? Also, the club level is about the worst deal downtown- spend your 45/night on a much better breakfast somewhere else, with money to spare. Walls are very thin. It does have a good location, and depending on which room you get the view can be good. Would not book again at current rates.

Here for ASICS Jr. Nationals (club volleyball tourney) at Navy Pier. Location very convenient, and beautiful to be on the river. Not the amenities you might expect - no fridge or microwave in the room, so no place to put food for the athletes. It was not good for them to have to eat fast food or be confined to things that did not require fridge or micro. I like it
Incredibly overpriced for their rooms. Walls are very thin. Could hear every conversation in every room and outside and we were on the 24th floor. Breakfast prices are outrageous. 25 for an omelet.
