Ótimo Hotel
Great place to stay.
Just got shown the door because Sheraton Chicago was oversold. Booked it specifically because I am attending and presenting at a conference in the hotel first thing in the AM. Spending over 50 nights a year in hotels, I have not been bumped in years. Reservation was prepaid for the conference but not honored. Would not book again!!
