Here for the ASCO conference, same time every year, thousands of people. It's midnight and I'm in the line for over an hour to check-in to my room. There are still 12 people in front of me, which means almost another hour waiting to check-in. Staff are taking almost 15 mins a person to check-in. There are 2 people on the desk with a conference of over 30,000 people in town. If it's going to take almost 2 hours to check-in, it can only go downhill from here for a customer service experience. Very disappointed :(

I apologize for the delayed response, but wanted to thank you for providing such detailed feedback. I am sorry that your check-in process was less than perfect. While individual arrival times can vary greatly, it’s not acceptable for check in to take 15 minutes per guest. I’m sharing your feedback with our Front Office team so they can make every effort to improve staffing levels for ASCO 2018.

A lovely hotel over looking the river. Friendly team, lovely and clean. Parking expensive if you bring a car. Was able to get straight to our room before 1pm on check in which was great after an early flight from the UK
We had a wonderful stay. Always a great stay at The Sheraton Grand. Our room was changed to accommodate our needs, and dinner at Shula's was fantastic.
The views are amazing, beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff
The hotel is definitely in need of an overhaul. Really feels dated.
