Great food and tremendous service by staff working our event
Had to pay to park. Had to pay for internet. The shower water had a strong bad smell. There was no fridge except for a mini fridge full of beverages with outrageous prices. No microwave. The room was expensive, $ 20 less than normal, even though we booked through a discount site. I've paid half the price of this hotel room and got a nicer stay at cheaper hotels.
Good spot. No complaints..Chicago Burger Company was pretty good.
Great location. Quiet and clean rooms. Nothing fancy with the rooms though but comfortable.

The bar opens at 4pm so if you want a drink you need to go out. Staff was very friendly. Overall good experience....a little pricy but hey....it's Chicago.
