It is a wonderful business trip The room is clean and quiet But the fee is a little high
Amazing hotel!! Soothing beach, ladies night at irish harp is the best!
this is by far my favorite hotel in all of Chicago. I've been going to this hotel for over 20 years, maybe even 30, and the doorman always remember me. Ask for a room overlooking the city and the river and you won't be disappointed. Another wonderful stay in the Windy City.
Room was impressive; beautiful view of Chicago! LB Bistro serves a really good breakfast buffet! Will be returning!

Horrible location. Very unsympathetic as well as have no understanding of food allergies especially latex. Only restaurant is Shula s which starts at $40 and they use latex on everything. Not dirty but not clean. Will never be back

Amazing Hotel the lovely Shaun on reception was very helpful upgraded us to river view room so very happy with that x clean comfortable rooms beds amazing rooms spacious only complaint ordered Pizza room service x it wasn't nice but they did not charge us for it so well pleased recommend you stay here pool gym x even tho we did not use them x 9/10
