My river view is stunning; the Greek yogurt up in the club for breakfast is wonderful; my bed is very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. When I got here there weren't any toiletries in the bathroom so I called the front desk and within a few minutes I had 4 of each. (A little overkill) but they really care about their guests. I was very happy with the staff. Very friendly. But the room itself was not what we expected and our view was good but blocked by another building. And there was not a hot tub which was disappointing considering the amount of kids that was in the pool.
The hotel was very clean and everyone was nice. Our rooms were clean and kids enjoyed the pool.
Great property with a great location. Came to Chicago with a group for the Women’s March. Beds are extremely comfortable, room service was good, and million dollar views of the city and lakefront.
Great hotel. No issues. Very "professional" staff. Prefer that over friendly any day of the week. I have enough friends. Would stay again.
We stayed there this weekend for the Cubs Convention. Room was ready on time even when we arrived early. The room was fine for an average large city hotel, but the front desk clerk said he “upgraded” the room. Just be honest, you don’t need to lie and sugarcoat that it is a normal room. Bathtub needed drain cleaned, and called front desk to advise and have it done. When we checked out two days later we were still waiting on maintenance to come. Great hotel! I only wish the food was less expensive.
Stayed on night for the Cubs Con. Hotel overdue for a renovation if it wants to sell itself as a 4 star hotel. Staff were courteous and friendly. One big con was when we requested for utensils and they wanted to charge 4$, although the service guy brought it to the room and did not charge us.
