Room was clean and pleasant, but not much better than you would find in most cities for less money....charges for EVERYTHING...If the Sheraton could legally charge for air, they would, I have no doubt!!!...at that price I expected a microwave and refrigerator other than the one stocked with their overpriced goods for sale....The Grand Sheraton should also have a freaking hot tub...maybe these things seem frivolous to some, but for a "4 star " hotel they seem mandatory for me. I expect a weekend at a downtown hotel to cost. However, I also expect a certain return. Location was excellent, but that was about it. No free Wi-Fi. No parking accommodations. We had an executive suite. No usable mini fridge. No microwave. The AC rattled the vents so loudly that we thought it was trying to break through the wall. There was mold in the shower, hand prints all over the windows, and the wall paper was peeling off the walls both in the room and in the hallways! As I said, I expected this room to cost. It was not a good experience, staff tried hard but we were disappointed. No Pool.

Great bed in the room first of all. What I didn’t like was the size of the pool for the amount of people coming to your hotel? They should add an outdoor pool as well.

We loved staying here! Beautiful hotel, really friendly staff!! Only thing that was a little disappointing was having committed to the valet parking, I was surprised when I had to go down to the basement to retrieve my car. It would be nice to be able to have it delivered for the extra $12 charge. But all in all, it was a great experience!

Had an excellent stay in Chicago! Room was clean, and staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed dinner at Chicago Burger with a scenic view of the Chicago River. Shout out to our favorite Concierge LaToya for the perfect & helpful tips with traveling within the city for our girls trip!
