Great riverside location in downtown Chicago. Spacious and extremely clean rooms and really helpful and friendly staff. Devastated we had to cut our trip short but will return one day ☘️

Poor customer service. I booked a room that was “non-refundable” for some reason. Called today to ask if I could cancel b/c of Corona V and traveling w/small children. Sure we will send confirmation by email. Get email and said non-refundable. Call back and said I guess I’ll use room. They said too bad you cancelled you can’t have it and they are still charging me $400. Manager on duty said it’s a national policy. Nothing she can do! BS!!!
