The hotel and our room was amazing. All was very clean and near everything we needed. The valet, on the other hand, was unprofessional and slow. By far the worst I’ve ever expierenced. No acknowledgement. No hurrying. I would have self parked but there was none available so we had to valet. For the extra money we had to pay, the service could have been better.

Beautiful property, I really enjoyed my stay there. Easy access to the city by walk and other modes of conveyance . Glad to use CTA for Illinois site seeing by day pass. Loved the 03 nights stay. Definitely would return.

I enjoyed my stay here. I thought it was nice and just as good as the many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Chicago. If I were to nitpick, the food on the club level was subpar vs other chains.

This was a very nice hotel in downtown Chi town. Comfortable, friendly. The only negative I have is being charged $20 for Internet on top of a premium room rate.

You might want to think twice about staying here. They charge you twice for your stay, even though you paid in full prior. You can't tell me they didn't see that? Nothing to compensate for the inconvenience of reducing your funds by $300.
