Was at the Sheraton for a conference. With 7000 other people. You’d think that the bar would have more than 2 bar tenders. Dirty restrooms, broken escalators, and unhelpful employees.

Mediocre experience, I expected more for the price. I understand it's Chicago, but the prices were still a bit higher than normal. Also, the noise in the room from the outside world was pretty bad. Everyday from 7am to at least 6 pm, there were maintenance people working on something in the vicinity of our room I could hear clear as a bell. The constant GRINDgrindGRIND, taptaptaptap,. Great location. Easy check in and check out. Wanted to see city view from higher up than our room on 9th floor. Front desk upgraded us to club which included access to club room on 33rd floor with snacks and beverages and in the morning, Continental breakfast. Concierge extremely helpful. Bellman very courteous. We checked out and they kept our luggage so we could explore the city walking before getting our vehicle from valet. Less than 5 minute wait for valet to bring vehicle.
