I've stayed at this hotel 8 times and every time I've loved the comfortable beds. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. There was some deferred maintenance in the bathroom. Needs a plumber. Food at the hotel is overpriced and nothing special. Eat elsewhere. Complimentary Wifi with SPG membership was very limited. Cable package is good.

Overall great room and friendly staff. Breakfast was horrible and overpriced. The potatoes were not cooked and were soggy. I suggest going somewhere local for breakfast. Parking was also an issue in the parking deck. I suggest not driving an SUV into the garage.....

Everything I asked for, I got! Can't complain. Very large hotel, used business center and printed over 300 pages for free! Got snacks and breakfast everyday included in the club room.
Hotel was great!! I was annoyed that wifi wasn't included and an additional 14$ a day. Kanefus at the front desk was awesome!! She is exactly the kind of person fit to work the front desk, her people skills are amazing! We had a small issue with our room and she resolved it immediately with a wonderful attitude! We would definitely stay again!
It's an OK place. Rate was good. Pretty close to downtown stuff and the pier
Excelente hotel, personal altamente calificado y con disposición para resolver los problemas que se presenten durante la estancia de uno. Magníficas instalaciones: cuartos, gimnasio, alberca, restaurantes, etc. Lo recomiendo.
A really nice hotel, but free wi-fi should come with the price.
Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Key cards worked well. Parking was expensive- 55 dollars a night. We had snacks and drinks in the room but didn't touch because you would be charged. The lady at the desk said if it was off the sensor for 15 seconds, it would automatically charge to your card. We ate at Chicago Burger in the hotel. Good food and good staff. Kinda expensive there too. Hotel was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit-walking distance. Enjoyed stay overall.
