Great dealership Joanna was a great sales person helping us find the perfect car and she's very friendly and knows what she's talking about. She doesn't pressure you into making any decisions and answers all the questions you have. I would recommend her because she will do whatever is possible to find what you're looking for in terms of price range and the features you would like in the car.

Excellent Experience at Shaker's My wife and I recently leased a 2016 Sorento from Shaker's Kia of Watertown. We both found the experience dealing with the salesperson Joanna Bertorelli to be an excellent one. Joanna was very knowledgeable in showing us the various features of the Sorento. Awesome buying experience with Rudy Hermstadt Rudy Hermstadt sold me my third Kia from Shaker's. I purchased a new Sorento here because I knew Rudy would treat us with respect and give us the best pricing possible. Rudy looked out for my wife and I during the whole process.
