Adam A. Adam and the while staff at Shaker went out of thier wat to helpme find the best car for what i could afford. Not at all pushy. I would recommend Adam to anyonewhi needs a car. He was truly wonderful.
Buying a Kia Alex did an excellent job with lots of options and well informed. I'm relatively naive to anything cars and he helped explain everything well. Besides the obvious facts he was very polite and just a pleasure to work with. He always kept me up to date on the progress of all transactions and provided lots of good feed back.

3rd time buyer My wife bought a Kia Soul 4 years ago, three months later I traded my car in and purchased a Kia Forte. Two weeks ago on our way home from vacation, a deer decided to jump in front of my car on the highway in Virginia at 430am. It was slightly difficult picking out a vehicle with my work schedule, but Michelle and Alex made sure I knew about every vehicle top to bottom. Great Car Buying Experience Had a great experience at Shaker's Kia leasing my second car. I needed to get out of my current lease which had about 6 months left on. Shaker's Kia was very accommodating and explained to me the best option for my situation. They got me into a new 2016 Kia Sportage which I absolutely love. Easiest Car Purchase Eveer Shaker's Kia is a great Dealership. We walked in with a limited amount of time and told them what we wanted and they did a great job meeting our needs. I believe we got a fair price on the car as well as on our trade in. The entire process was stress free.
Trade in I traded in a 2013 Kia Soul which I had purchased new from this dealership. I have used this dealership for service of the car, and will continue to use this dealership for servicing the new car. The sales staff was helpful in explaining the process and the process was relatively quick.
