Love my Cadenza Picked up my 2015 sparkling clean Kia Cadenza last night. Car is just beautiful. Drives so smoothly and luxury package is incredible. My salesman Rudy was great. Breezed through the paperwork and went through all the features of the car with me. Also assured me I can go back anytime for assistance with any technical help I need. Sorrento Purchase I was recently contacted by one of the sales associates while my Sportage was in for service. They wanted my Sportage on trade and asked to give an appraisal. While talking something caught his attention and he contacted service to verify something. Service then called back to verify and I'm thankful for his listening skills. Best car buying experience I have ever had My wife an I can not say enough about Jason and the entire crew at Shaker's Kia. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous through the process...which was done in a very timely manner as well. We would recommend Jason and Shaker's Kia to any of our family and friends. I have not experienced the service department yet so I am not giving a star rating to those areas below but I have no doubt that the service will be top notch as well.
