Making a bad experience a pleasureable one. After the loss of our vehicle in an auto accident, Rudy Hermstadt made our decision to buy our Kia Optima from Shakers a no brainer. His empathy for our situation, his no pressure manner, and his willingness to show us various models and styles, explain in detail answers to our many questions,made this the best car buying experience of my life.

This is this first time I didn't hate buying a car I dread buying cars. Loathe the experience. This is the first time I actually enjoyed it. James was personable, zero pressure, and easy to talk to. I would recommend his name to anyone going to buy a car. The facility itself was very clean, the waiting room comfortable with a TV and refreshments.
Our third Shaker's Kia This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Shaker's Kia and as always the experience was smooth and professional. Our salesman, Edward Shaker, was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They go above and beyond to get you the best deal possible while staying within your budget. I can't recommend the Kia brand and Shakers Kia highly enough. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, this should be your first stop.
Great Care Buying Experience I started at one dealer through the Costco program which provided me limited car information and did not reveal the Costco incentives to me. Returning for my second lease I stopped in to Shaker's Kia to talk about my Sportage lease coming to an end in a month or so. Adam Amato sat down with me and went over all of my options. Before I left that night I pretty much had a deal in writing, a deal I knew would not be beat at another dealer. I know I will be returning to Shaker's Kia at the end of this lease ,too. The salesman was honest and knowledgeable and worked with me until I was satisfied with a fair offer.
Wonderful, honest and professional I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I have to say "this has been the fasted and honest purchase ever!"
