The best dealership around Went shopping this morning a little upset with other dealerships. Walked into Kia was greeted respectfully and taken care of the right way. Second time around Satisfaction This is our second lease experience from Shaker Kia of Watertown. We leased a Kia Soul and a Kia Coupe back in 2012. When our lease came up this month, we did not hesitate to return to Kia. We were able to get exactly what we wanted and more in our new 2015 Kia Soul. Satisfied Customer Very Friendly and Helpful in finding the right car. Overall the experience was good. Only problem was with the Finance personnel who didn't tell me exactly what was included in my monthly payment.
First time buyer. Had an amazing first time car buying experience . Went to other dealerships and didn't feel as welcomed as I did at Shakers.
