Professional and pleasant salesmen Adam is a polite young man who took his time to answer my questions, and if he didn't know the answer he found it out. He never pressured me about making a decision, he gave me space to think about my options. My experience was combined with a professional and friendly atmosphere.
pleasant and helpful This is the second car that I have bought here. I have found everyone so very helpful. Each time everyone was every pleasant. I found them not pushy and gave you time to look for what you wanted but yet was there for you when you have questions.
Great dealership Our salesman took extra time to explain all our options and went above and beyond our expectations. They were very helpful with the financing of the vehicles too as we bought 2 vehicles. We had looked into other cars but got the best warranty for our choices, which was key to our decision.
Excellent dealership We just bought our second Kia from Shaker's. This time, we dealt with Edward Shaker and he was attentive and thorough. He carefully listened to what we wanted in our car before trying to sell us anything. He is very low pressure so it was pleasant to purchase a car there. Jason Braxton-Excellent salesman We met Jason Braxton after I contacted Shaker's to inquire about a Kia Sorento. My wife feared driving a large SUV so Jason brought the vehicle to our home and spent more than one hour while my wife drove in the neighborhood and backed the car in and out of the garage.
