Great service and a great car! I didn't need a new car yet, but when we saw the car of our dreams sitting in the lot, it was a little hard to ignore. We test drove many other cars that day from different dealers, and nothing performed like this two year old Kia Sorento! great customer service Every one there was great!! Jason provided excellent customer service even coming in on his day off to make sure purchasing my new car went very smooth. He worked hard to get what I wanted and John worked on getting me a good monthly payment. Even Michelle was a sweetie pie :) because she gave me snacks while I waited to be helped. They are a great time they did an amazing job. I'm very happy and I recommend them to purchase a car from.
Rudy is great! We had a very good experience purchasing our new Sedona. Rudy was so comfortable to work with. We arrived late one afternoon and he was very friendly, but there's not an ounce of pushiness about him. We like that! Best experience ever! I had one of the best experiences buying a car! I had recently totaled my car so I was in a bit of a rush to purchase a new one, and was also restricted with the money I had for monthly payments. Not once did I feel rushed to buy or pressured to buy the vehicle. And once I found my dream car Jason and the crew at Shakers did everything they could to help me get my dream car with payments I could afford!
