Trade In This is my second time buying a car from Shaker's Kia. My salesman was very helpful , courteous and knowledgeable. He understood how much I liked my 2012 Kia Optima, so he didn't pressure me in taking the 2016 Kia Sportage that I had test driven the day before. Shaker Kia worked with me in getting the most possible out of my trade in and with the financing of my new 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid. The whole staff at Shaker's Kia is very helpful and I would highly recommend them. .

Purchase of 2016 KIA Sportage Shaker KIA, Watertown, CT, has been doing the service maintenance for my 2013 KIA Optima for the past 2 years. I inquired about leasing a new vehicle with all wheel drive. My sales team, Michelle, John and Rudy, made my selection of a 2016 KIA Sportage a easy as possible. From the overnight test drive to the financing, there was no pressure. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I love my new Sportage. I would highly recommend Shaker KIA.

Good car buying experience After speaking with Christina Mitchell via email , I went to Shakers's kia to purchase a 2015 Kia Forte. What made me go to Shakers Kia is the great customer service I recieved from Christina Mitchell via email the day before. My sales person was Alex Amato. I really like how knowledgeable he was about the car. He was patient and took his time to explain everything about the car which help me with my decision to purchase the car. Thanks to Christina and Alex my car buying experience was a good one!
eXCELLENT EXPERIENCE BUYUBG A VEHICLE I came just to window shop but my salesperson R Hermstadt was so knowledgeable and professional, that i had to buy the vehicle there. No pressure whats so ever. Everyone was so friendly!! I'll be back for my next vehicle for sure!!
