2016 Sorento EX - awesome car! I am very pleased with my purchase of a 2016 Sorento EX from Shaker's Kia. Alex was great to work with and the new Sorento is an awesome vehicle. Great design, top safety rating, and lots of cargo space. The third row seat is nice to have as well. The financing incentives were great and the warranty can't be beat.
Great Experience This was not my first time dealing with Shaker Kia. Everyone has always been extremely professional and I have been pleased with the cars I have purchased as well as the service received. Most recently, Rudy was extremely helpful in finding the right car and the right deal for me.
Great Service goes a long way The overall experience at Shakers's was phenomenal. All the employees go beyond their call of duty to make sure that you are taken care of. Alex always called me back whenever I left him a message. He made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. He has called me twice after the purchase to make sure everything was ok. Great car, great people Alex Graziano was a huge help in getting me my new car. He worked with me to get the most out of my trade in, and really walked us through the leasing option as well as the purchasing option. Bottom line is I could not have been happier with the process, and the car I ended up buying.
