Used Kia Purchase We purchased a used 2016 Kia Sedona from Shakers Kia. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. The purchase process was efficient and in a timely fashion. We would purchase from there again.
Easy to deal with!! Bought my 2014 Kia Sportage from Alex and after deciding to lease another car I checked out many cars. Love my Sportage but wanted to see what changes they made . Alex went through all of them and after test driving was very happy with all the new changes . Happy to say it was painless ! loved it My last car I purchased was from a wholesale lot, and it was basically a nightmare. I am very thankful that they took the time to make the experience MUCH less miserable. They are so easy and fun to work with. Mike is also amazing/hilarious.
Easier then I imagined. I was turning in my leased forte and leasing another. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. Adam was super nice, this was my second experience with him. Everyone who needs a new car should see him. They make what is usually a scary thing very pleasant. Recommend them to anyone.
lousy I leased a new kia I put 2000 dlrs down t get a monthly price of 258.00 when it was time to sign the contract the price was 298.00.thay said the problem was with the credit dept. if I was told this in the first place I wold not have went through with the sale .but I was there for 5 hours and wanted to get it over with .plus I needed the car for a wedding the 23 of july . I will put this on facebook soon .I will not recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
Great Service and a Great SUV! My overall experience was very pleasant one. My salesperson was extremely helpful and informative. He made our first experience at Shaker Kia an easy one. I love my new Sportage and I will tell everyone Just how pleased I am with the Kia brand as well as service!
Great experience all around. Buying a car is a weird experience, first you have the excitement of, well, getting a new car! But that can be tempered by the whole ordeal of interacting with the dreaded car dealer. We all know the stereotype, the sleazy salesman and the lines "What will it take to get you in this car today?" and the haggling and all other headaches. Great experience with everyone at the dealership! As a single woman buying a car can be a daunting experience. Everyone at Skaker's KIA treated me with much respect and care. Alex was personable, informative and easy to work with. I had a very positive experience and would recommend them to others.
