Kia purchase Our Kia was totaled in a rear ended accident. We went back to Kia because of our first experience with them. needless to say this experience was just as great. The sales staff was exceptional and very understanding in us waiting for the insurance check. Rick was our sales associate and called us often to keep us informed. Couldn't be more pleased with our experience and our car.

All About Adam This was our 4th car purchase from Shaker's. I have always been very pleased with the sales and service provided. Adam was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Their vehicles are outstanding. Adam even helped paint a few "dings" in the driver door. I'm excited about my new (used) Sorento!

Jeff to the rescue! We bought our 2015 optima her a few months ago and got a great deal on the "leftover". Had to bring in the car today for it's first oil change and much to my surprise service informed me that both filters needed to be replaced and that some rodent was building a nest in their! I will never buy another Kia A warranty claim was rejected for a melting drivers side mirror even though the issue clearly originated inside the mirror. I have pictures of the internals of the mirror and the melted part of the mirror follows the path of the wiring harness which indicates that the wiring has caused the plastic on the mirror to melt. Furthermore, there is no visible burn to the outside of the mirror where it is melted, but the inside has a black mark. True that the wiring itself is not melted, but it is quite ... read more

Relaxed, no hassle buying On Dec. 15, 2016 I was involved in a car accident with my 2007 Kia Rondo which I had only purchased in May of the same year.
