Bought a 2013 Kia Sportage Excellent customer service very happy with my purchase, excellent customer service by all staff and salesman Adam and service tech's, I would highly recommend everyone to purchase a Kia and will send them to Shakers Kia in Watertown.
I got the car I came for. I sent a email about the car I wasn't interested in, and made a appointment. Everyone, especially Alex was very helpful and friendly. He got me in the car I wanted. He also got in touch with me a few days later to see how I liked it and assured me that he was there if I had any questions. They were great!
Great experience I have leased and purchased several cars from shakers kia, each time I could not ask for more. Never felt pressured, everyone from sales to mangers were very helpful. The service center is excellent they have always maintained my cars and have gone above and beyond.
Enjoyable not rushed and fun We had fun trying to decide which model we would buy...we read all reviews on the car we liked Then took a test drive all were exceptable but the Hiro was the one because I liked The look of the car and the fact that it was a hybrid.

Great Dealership and Great People I could not have had a better experience buying my car from Shaker's. Everyone is so friendly, genuine and willing to help. A huge plus, is that the sales people are not just out to get your money to make a commission. The relationship doesn't just stop as you pull out of the parking lot either. I had an issue with my car, Alex and other employees at Kia went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed. I could not be more pleased.
