Love my used Kia Forte Purchased my used 2014 Kia Forte from Adam Amato and love the car. Adam was great to work with and very pleasant too. My husband purchased a new Kia Optima in 2012 from Shaker's Kia and has it serviced there too and is very happy with their customer service. I will also have my car serviced there too and will recommend this dealership to others looking to buy a Kia.
Alex is the only reason I bought the car from your dealersh Alex was a very good salesman very knowledgeable and helpful would recommend him to family and friends and when Alex delivered my car to my home at 9:00 PM never heard any dealership doing that . next year I plan on buying a Toyota tundra I wish you guys sold them to because I would definitely buy one from Alex
Great Kia At A Great Price I worked with Alex G. to purchase a gently used Kia Forte and he was very patient with all of my questions, and went the extra mile to help me get a pre-purchase inspection and with any followup regarding the purchase. Top notch dealership. Great communication with no games I came from NY to buy a Toyota that Shakers had taken in on trade. I was one of those pain in the neck buyers. Got what I asked for I had searched online and found the car I wanted. I went in for a test drive told the sales representative the car and options. Test drove the vehicle, and picked it up within the week. The sales representative was very nice and didn't try to sell me more than I wanted. All together a nice experience.
helpful cohesive staff, very accommodating! We never felt rushed or pressured! My husband and I were both pleased and after trying out other dealerships, we will return to Shaker because of the quality time Alex spent with us and how informed he was and his ability to answer our questions!
