Great time at Shaker Kia Stopped in to check out leasing a new Kia Optima. I was greeted by Kristin who was great. She informed me what good options would be considering my price range. I ended up leaving with a brand new car later that afternoon!
Wonderful experience! As soon as I walked up to the steps on a Sunday morning, Kristin Petti immediately approached me, welcomed me to Shaker’s Kia, and opened the door to let me inside and asked what I needed help with. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and personable, and always kept my budget and best interests in mind. I left with a beautiful 2015 certified pre-owned Kia Forte and I couldn’t be happier!! Would 100% recommend their service!
Always a great experience!! This is our 3rd car we have leased from Shaker Kia and we have never been disappointed. They always work with you to the max. This time around we had Kristin as our sales associate and she was amazing. She was very attentive and really listened to our wants and needs which made all the difference. Great deals Shakers kia offers great deals, Kia rebates are tremendous. I never thought I could afford to lease a car as nice as my 2018 optima but shakers made it happen! Kristin & Edward never made me feel uncomfortable and were constantly in contact with me during the leasing process. If you're looking for a beautiful car at a great price with good customer service make a stop into Shakers kia.
