Loved the experience at Kia Kristen was great to work with. She sent me a personalized video of one of the vehicles I was looking. Definitely felt like I was getting personal attention and not just some robo email reply to my inquiry. Went back this week to have the hitch and get my new baby Simonized.
Great customer service Micheal khan was amazing. When I found my car online we talked back and forth via texted because I was in a different state at the time. The day I came to look at it mike waited till 7:15 so I can drive the car. He even took video so I knew what the car looked like so I didn’t waste my time. Thank you for great customer service!!! A Great dealership that cares!!! I have never knew such great customer service until I meet Kristin Petti at Shakers's Kia. I was helping my mother with looking for a new car, and after going to four different dealerships that day we stopped in Kia and meet Kristin.
